Art Hunter is an online marketplace designed to support emerging artists by providing them with a platform to showcase and sell their work. By using Art Hunter, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Artist Membership

1.1. To sell on Art Hunter, artists must subscribe to a monthly membership plan, which includes access to the platform and its features.
1.2. The subscription fee is CAD 10 per month, paid in advance.

1.3. No additional commission is charged on sales; artists keep 100% of the revenue from their sales.

2. Use of the Platform

2.1. Artists are responsible for uploading accurate and complete information about their products, including images, descriptions, prices, and shipping details.
2.2. Art Hunter reserves the right to moderate content to ensure it adheres to our platform’s standards and policies.
2.3. Art Hunter prohibits the sale of mass-market items or works that violate copyright laws.

3. Payments and Fees

3.1. Artists retain 100% of the revenue from each sale.
3.2. The monthly subscription fee is non-refundable and must be paid to maintain access to the platform.
3.3. Artists are responsible for all payment processing fees associated with transactions, as charged by third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping and Returns

4.1. Artists are responsible for handling the shipping of sold items and ensuring they are packaged securely.
4.2. Art Hunter recommends sellers establish their own shipping and return policies, which must be clearly stated in their shop.
4.3. Art Hunter is not liable for disputes between artists and buyers but will provide mediation assistance if necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Artists retain full rights to their work and are responsible for ensuring they own the copyright to any content uploaded to the platform.
5.2. By uploading content, artists grant Art Hunter a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and market their work on the platform.

6. Termination

6.1. Artists may cancel their subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the billing cycle.
6.2. Art Hunter reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the platform’s rules or fail to pay the subscription fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Art Hunter provides the platform on an “as-is” basis and does not guarantee sales.
7.2. Art Hunter is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of the platform.
